.Yonkers Bound for New Sound.

So its Saturday morning Shakemore , Beats & Myself are up early ready to go.  Today is our trip to Yonkers N.Y. to start tracking for The n

ew Hustle Album/Singles. 

Beats & I get ourselves together after a while and end up leaving Philly around 11am. We find it to be smooth ride pretty much the whole way u

p...oh wait then we hit traffic..lol.  After sitting in traffic for a while we finally arrive at our destination and make our way inside. Walking into the house I got an automatic sense of comfyness which is very Important when working on music. I knew beats had the same feeling by the way he 

plopped on the couch and dug rite in like he was at home...lol. We sat and talked to Jonny 

(the owner of the Studio/House) for a while while waiting 

for Shakemore He had to work so didn't get to leave Pa until around 1.30pm as we waited for Shakemore I was able to talk and get a feel of Jonny who turned out to be a great dude as well as an excellent engineer. 

Jonny is an old friend of Beats & Shakemore from there college days & the days of  

"Who's The fat guy"

WTFG is an Incredible band that Shakemore and Beats were a part of.  

Shakemore & beats hooked the whole thing up.  

Oh... Back to the story So once Shakemore arrives we hit the store so brad can get some 

energy (sugar)

After getting energized up we loaded everything in & Set uP.

Time to get Started!!! Beats banged drums around for lil' bit finding a good sound & Shakemore warmed up before recording Oh yeah they didn't want a regular ol' metronome sound so we attempted to do snaps & claps as the metronome. After laying that down the recording began!!!

Oh did I mention there were a few activities to get the mind stimulated for the Players before they rocked out. Day 1's session lasted about 4-5 hours.  As Ice Cube once stated 

"Today was a good Day"

-Day 2 Yonkers sessions-

Day two and we are ready to rock out feeling well rested well atleast they did I was beat I didnt sleep well I ended up jumping on the train and hitting New York city to hang out w/Kristan  last night not returning back to Jonny's until 7.30 am - yeah great Idea Kuf...LoL , But I wasn't playing any instruments so it was cool. before getting started we went  & grabbed breakfast then repeated day 1 but even better!!!
